From Nervous to Confident: My Experience with Dr. Tran

I found Dr. Kirby Tran to be patient, kind, and very thorough. She explained all the options
to me clearly and let me decide what I wanted to do. She performed a hysterectomy for me due to large uterine fibroids that should be removed. This was my first surgery ever and I was extremely nervous about going through with the surgery. She showed me compassion, eased my struggle by providing knowledgeable medical information, and stayed positive the entire time before my surgery. She was confident, educated, and communicated efficiently. She allowed me time during appointments to ask questions and provided clear answers in an unhurried manner.

If you’ve ever had surgery, you know how complicated the process can be. Dr. Tran went
over the details with me so well that on the day of my surgery I found myself very relaxed
as I made my way to the operating room. The details that she provided to me directly
enabled me to have a good experience that day. The surgery was successful, and I have
had no complications after the fact. I am very grateful to have found such an excellent
doctor. I will continue to see her in the future.
